How we decide what's actually worth your time

Every activity on Diskover Us starts with one question: would we tell a friend to do this? Not "is it famous," not "is it on every top-ten list" — would we, personally, spend one of a trip's precious days on it.

That filter cuts more than you'd think. Some of the world's most photographed places are two-hour queues for a five-minute view. And some of the best afternoons of our lives happened in places no list ever mentions. The map is our attempt to bottle that second kind.

Why we built Diskover Us

Planning a trip should feel like the trip. Instead it usually feels like homework: forty open tabs, three contradictory blogs, and a spreadsheet you abandon by day two.

So we made the thing we wanted — a map you wander, not a feed you scroll. Pick a place, see a short honest list of what's worth doing there, add the ones that spark something, and walk away with a route. Plan less, wander more.

About us

Diskover Us is a small studio building better ways to plan a trip. We believe the best itineraries are short, honest, and a little personal — so we're charting the world one country at a time, keeping only the stops we'd genuinely send a friend to.
