What Diskover Us is

A travel-inspiration and planning tool. Itineraries, activities, and traveler experiences are suggestions and opinions — not guarantees. Conditions, prices, safety, and availability change; always verify important details before you travel. Travel is at your own risk and judgment.

Your account

Keep your login to yourself and tell us if you think it's been misused. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Content you post

• You own what you post. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive license to display it on Diskover Us (that's what makes it appear on the site).
• Post only what's yours — your words, your photos. No spam, advertising, harassment, hate, explicit content, or anything unlawful.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion. You can report content via the Report link on any experience or by emailing contact@diskoverus.com.

Our content

The Diskover Us name, logo, design, and editorial content are ours. Don't copy or reuse them commercially without permission.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available but can't promise it will always be either, and we're not liable for losses arising from its use to the maximum extent the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
